In the center of the case made of aviation titanium, there is a sealed capsule in the form of Apple's branded bitten apple with an embedded fragment of the motherboard of the very first iPhone 2G. The back cover of the smartphone is decorated with high-precision engraving depicting the technical elements of the device, which are connected together. They are striving towards the center of the world - the Apple logo - like a circulatory system pushing blood towards a pulsating heart.
The lower case is made of titanium with black PVD coating and is laser-etched with the signature of Steve Jobs.
